My total cost was $16.95 not $9.00 as you stated. Nevertheless, used or not; the description should have indicated and shown (very used) and all of it imperfections so that the buyer get's a full picture of what they are buying unseen! Shame on you as a BAD seller!

Hello and greetings to you. This is Dr. Palm and you purchased (tentatively) a pair of black patent leather mules (J’Renee). I live in Ms where there have been substantial water loss and damage. Much of my stock has been water damaged etc., these shoes are one of them. I tried to resuscitate them but they won’t come back to a beautiful state. So I am removing them from my platform. I wholeheartedly apologize. But they WOULD NOT represent the excellence that I give my customers.

Hi, you purchased the patent leather boots from my closet a couple of days ago. We are having a bit of weather I.e. temps in the teens and snow, so I’m running a day or so later than I would like .
