val8005 @khattie Another question for you. This time about selling bundles. Last night a fall put 4 items in a bundle, but didn't purchase. That makes me think I'm supposed to do something. I offer a 15% discount on 3 or more items. I can view her bundle and see I can offer an additional discount on shipping (or not). So am I waiting on her, or is she waiting on me to do something? Or does the discounting happen automatically?

khattie @val8005 discount happens automatically unless you want to offer a further discount. I turned my discount off so that I can offer a better price if they bundle without losing too much profit. I hope that makes sense. Anyways if you want to proceed with the bundle, offer them 10% and $1.50 off shipping. If they’re a serious buyer they will purchase it.

val8005 I might have done a bad thing. I sent a comment to the gal I spoke about with the bundle saying that I would pay $1.50 towards shipping. I did not do that via the offer button because I reduced the price of an item after she put it in her bundle and I wanted to make her aware of that too. Just now another person pulled together a bundle with most of the same things. Do I need to wait for the first gal to answer, or can I use the offer button for the second person?

khattie @val8005 you can have more than one offer open to multiple individuals. If one of them buys it, it just closes out the other offers and lets the buyer know it is no longer available.
