beeal10 @chasnval hey Valeria just wanted to let you know when you receive your purchase and you like it you have to go and accept the order there is also an option of a comment which 💯 of sellers appreciate a comment regarding your experience and the item. If you find that an items is not as described you can open a case to return said item. However, if you just don’t like it or it doesn’t fit it’s good to let the seller know and try to work something out before contacting PM support.

beeal10 My other piece of advice is if you don’t like it or it doesn’t fit and there is nothing wrong with the item it’s not kind rate that with giving the seller 1 or 2 stars. It’s actually extremely upsetting when it happens ... if you ever have any questions regarding PM please just drop me a note I have been doing this for about 4 years so I can try and answer any questions you may have. Thanks again...
