I love to sew and I had a business for almost 30 years. Doll Hospital/Bridal Outlet I still have a lot of inventory from that business. Plus my other things. I am challenging myself to also list at least one thing a day.

angelwing2364 @dosojosverdes. Thank You! My father was a beekeeper. He got up to 2,000 colonies. I love the honey but hate to be stung. He raised his own plus sold package and queen bees all over the world. He operated in Wisconsin and Mississippi. He use to call me Queen Bee, I told him I was more of a worker bee. I found this picture on Facebook , it suits me:)

dosojosverdes @angelwing2364, neat story about your dad! Here in California, we have a lot of orchards; and the bees are very happy making clover, jasmine, orange blossom, and lavender honey. angelwing2364 @dosojosverdes. Sounds like the honey bees are in heaven on earth out there in California. Wisconsin we mostly have Clover, Basswood, Cranberries & wildflowers. Most people like the clover the best because it is so light colored. Plus buckwheat in which is almost black. I remember my father telling me a hot foggy night is an excellent buckwheat growing night. Memories are great!

dosojosverdes Not sure if you know, but this year we had good rains here, where we had been in a drought mode previous 5 yrs. SO, the wildflowers are everywhere, it is a beautiful sight. There is an area here in California = Palmdale, where the California poppies bursted into the most incredible color show in years..........

dosojosverdes .......perhaps if you Google it, you get to see people posting photos. Well, all the orchards, etc., have the "boxes"...........correct me, I don't know their proper name......with the bees. White wooden boxes everywhere around. I know we will have a good supply, hopefully the price will go down..........it has been extremely expensive to buy (yes here). LuLu

angelwing2364 @msneverending1. Thank You Carol. That was my horse Schucks. He passed away this spring old age, he had one eye for he hit a stick & lost the other eye. He was a beauty, loved his apples & carrots:) He hated females riding him, throw us every time, the stinker! He let males & my grandsons ride him. I still loved him & spoiled him with his treats. Beautiful weather here today but I been inside working with my PM things. Have a great evening!

pita0619 Hi Valerie, I separated the yarn for the daisy needlepoint and it is missing a needle, and the white and beige yarns. I have plenty of other needles and yarns from previous kits. Not sure if I have beige or not, but it is just a background color. Might have to get creative with the daisies if I don't have enough white. It isn't necessary for you to do anything, I just wanted to let you know. It is all good. Take care and stay safe. Nancy C
