@vsmith525 yes... it’s confusing. The crocs are not with me. It says in my portal that the person who was supposed to receive the bracelet will not get it bc it hasn’t been shipped. I sell so many items on PM and usually have a good rating! This is 100%my fault. I will wait to hear from PM on how to proceed but if we are not happy with their decision I will refund and make sure you receive your shipping as well...I’m so sorry again.

I honestly was sick this week so when I got the bracelet I figured it was just a poshmark person trying to drive business sending a free bracelet but then when I saw my crocs were “delivered” I put 2 and 2 together. 🥴
