2katherine Hi! I just wanted to reach out to you about your Anthropologie purchase. I have never ever had an issue with large items requiring extra postage from the receiver. I ship large boxes all of the time. $100 is outrageous and unacceptable. I wish you had refused the item so they would ship back to me! I have no ability to compensate you as all monetary exchanges go through Poshmark. The only thing I can do is offer free shipping and discounts on all future purchases if you shop with me again.
