Not only did I include brand sizing chart, I even took extra time to include lay flat measurements as well (btw, not required). Furthermore, you purchased my item with no questions asked about sizing concerns. And yet you decided to give me a low rating because the dress didn't fit you. Sounds like the only way I could improve to meet your standards, was if I sold you a size S dress, but mailed you a M instead. 🤔

cornelas5 @valeriewight Its ok, perhaps I could've given you a little more grace-I see now that you may be newer to this. Your 2 star rating brought my previously 5-star rating down, & I still don't feel that was right. Your rating is based on your experience of me as a seller: i.e.: Did the item arrive in a timely manner? Was it as described? Is it clean & no holes, stains, odors, etc?

cornelas5 Your 2-star rating of me as a seller, notes that I "could improve" in an "other" area, as if I mislead you and advertised a larger size dress (like a M, that you would fit) but then sold you a size small. I strive to be 100% honest & upfront. It is not my fault the dress was snug yet my ratings dropped because it was a bit snug.

cornelas5 Whats done is done, no sense in belaboring the point any further. And thank you for your sincere apology. A lot of work goes into uploading, providing pics & detailed descriptions of the items for sale-let alone tracking sales at random, packaging everything up neatly (for ne, no pet hairs can be a challenge ;), & including thank you notes (a must for me). Please use this as an example to consider when &/if reviewing future purchases from other sellers.
