Hi Valerie - I am so sorry and frustrated as you are my second buyer in the same week with a smoke issue. I am a strict non- smoker and I care very much about my buyers being happy with their purchases. I called the post office where it was dropped off and the manager could not guarantee that there is no smoking during the delivery or the sorting process at the center.
