prairie_sound @wrightracing it keeps telling me I will get free shipping on my first order and then when I go to check out it is gone and there is a shipping charge instead

prairie_sound @wrightracing I did respond to the time period yes. I only created the account at 4:19am my time and I made the purchase before the 11:59pm cut off (I made the purchase around 4:00pm). I even took screen shots of where the app was telling me I had the free shipping offer still. twice. and yet when I went to make the order, the shipping was not removed.

prairie_sound @wrightracing I think it was a glitch in the system because when I first went to make the order it showed the shipping at $0.00 but I hit the back screen and wasnt sure about my purchase yet. then when i decided it was what I wanted, I went to fill in my info again and go through the order processing and suddenly there was no longer $0.00 for shipping. even though I still kept getting the prompts to use my free shipping on my first item. it just didnt take it off.

prairie_sound @wrightracing I did not make an offer to accept one either. I paid the price being asked (it was on sale but that didnt seem to matter the first time I went to the shopping cart when I initially was going to buy it and it showed the shipping discount still ) it makes no sense and customer support from poshmark basically was non existent when I emailed them. they just sent me a pretyped message about it being something I did lol. so frustrated with my first experience here :-(
