ltreml Hi Valerie. I was unable to contact You through my closet. I have the dress packed and it will be send tomorrow. I apologize I didn’t even see that the status had changed. joaniefinn Hi Valerie, If you take a pencil and rub over the zipper it will lubricate it and it should work better on the coach zipper. Sorry this is a problem. Didn't unzip it but a few times.
