Hello! I received your feedback following your recent purchase of the Justin boots. I am sorry you felt that my item description could have used improvement, however I did have directly in the listing that the boots have rubber outsoles. I also made sure to include multiple pictures showing the color and detail of the boot stitching. I apologize if there was any misinterpretation of what was being purchased. Love them but the calf actually measures 16 1/2 which is my calf measurement so they don’t fit. Have lost 69 pounds and still going so they’ll fit soon. Love them💕

So first you need to click on the item you would like to send an offer to likers on.
Then you should click the little blue box that says “PRICE DROP” that’s usually on the lower right hand corner of your phone screen (on a computer it’s on the right side as well) then tap “make offer to likers”, enter your own price and a shipping discount and it will notify anyone who liked your item on the price drop!

@ginasaieh thank you so much!! I have now lost $118 pounds. Just used an app to count my calories and the app tells you how many calories to eat to reach a certain weight! Now I just eat small meals, no snacks but nuts or fruit and no junk food or fast food but on occasion. I wore all of the clothes in my Poshmark closet at some point. It’s hard but it can be done I am proof positive

Hi, I used a free app called myfitnesspal . It has you count your calories based on the weight you want to be and it has every brand of food imaginable in it to choose calories. Now I have eggos in the morning with coffe, for lunch I have a turkey sandwich-with mustard and a yoplait yogurt, and for dinner progressive homestyle chicken noodle soup. No snacks no sugar no fast food. But no exercise. Good luck to you my friend I’ve now lost 133 pounds!!💗💗💗

@vaatwo I was wondering if you remember what you shipped the tennis dress set in and what the packaging looks like? Was it a brown box, polymailer, or USPS box? I'm going to open a case with USPS because I think when the package is going through the auto-sort machines it's not reading correctly and bouncing back and forth between the distribution centers. They'll want a description so they can hopefully pull it and push the package through themselves. Thanks!

I also emailed Poshmark customer service just in case. This is the first I've had issues with a package outside of the usual delay so I'm not sure what to expect.

@vaatwo Good morning. I saw the package made it's way back to your hometown after looping through different centers. If you look at the USPS tracking site, it got flagged as a "processing exception" on the 27th. My local USPS reports that it's difficult to tell who is the sender & who is the recipient of the package, by the scans they have. They have not been successful in getting someone to intercept the package. If it makes its way back to you is there a way to repackage & relabel the item?

Hi!
