Jenna from empty hanger has a YouTube channel I watch for help. Emily Benson is amazing for the business side of things. Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions you have. I won’t have all the answers but I’ll help as much as I can. On a different note I’m so bummed about the dress. It won’t fit me. 😩

thatbishthrifts I ordered a Harry Potter Village house that was described as New With Tags from this seller. It was intended for a gift. The packaging was not included and it appeared to be used. It was over $100 I am super disappointed.

b_n_gardenias @thatbishthrifts I am sorry you are disappointed in your purchase. The title clearly states this Harry Potter Collection comes from the Bradford Exchange. The Bradford Exchange shrink-wraps their pieces in the rigid foam "box." These pieces are new and in their original box. It does not have a sleeve. The photos clearly show that, and it is also stated that the pictures are part of the description. I am sorry you are disappointed; I did not mislead you.
