poshin_teacher Hello. I have bad news. As I was packaging up your shoes I noticed a flaw that I had not ever noticed before. I took the shoes to my tailor after work today thinking they may be able to stitch up the flaw. But she told me to see a shoe repair shop, but that it looked like an easy fix. So I will let you decide the next step: I can cancel the order, or I will get the strap fixed ASAP and ship them. I am so sorry.
