Hi Vanessa,
For whatever reason the Furla bag was delayed by the mail service. I’ve gotten a couple of emails about delays I can forward you if needed. I’m sorry about this. No clue what the problem is but I too have had issues on orders from various companies when buying Christmas gifts and taking over a month to get the products. Wanted to keep you in the loop and apologize for the lengthy shipping!! Lisa
