bootsareforwalk @luvgoldielocks I get it love no worries the white has lots of strecth and the blue and black the tops has some the bottom doesn't have any but does have room is like a bubble skirt and is very cute the waist makes you look smaller. From the waist down the BCBG dress is like a 231/2 and hip is 18 but it bubbles out a bit for room but the white for sure has alot of strecth good fabrication not sheer at all

luvgoldielocks @bootsareforwalk are those measurements across with it flat or the waist size? If the blue one is only 23 and half it prolly won't fit

bootsareforwalk @luvgoldielocks and the measurements flat all the way around is about a 37" remember the blue top area does stretch it's good on size true large it fit me comfy on waist area im a large but my boobs don't fit im sure it will fit you
