meils5643 Hi Vanessa, I am writing this regarding to the Patagonia coat you purchased. As I was packaging it I noticed a small rip in the coat that I didn't see (or wasn't there) when I listed it. I am unsure of what happened, but I believe something may have snagged it, which caused the rip in the coat. I am so sorry for the inconvenience and you are welcome to cancel the order or I can still sell the coat to you at a much lower price.
