cagecloset Good morning I shipped you a brand new book bag with tags you write me three days later and say that the item is not what all that you expected it to be but the pictures were clear in the description came straight from the manufacturer so I don’t know why you would give me two star. nessamarylynne @cagecloset 1) You left the receipt on the front pocket where you purchased the backpack- for $35! You sold the backpack to me for 3x what you paid for it! 2) you said yes to expedited shipping, which is why I bought it from you and not another (less expensive seller) and it arrived even later than standard delivery would have! Did not arrive in time for my trip! 3) The rating is also because the backpack is not what was expected. I need two zippers for main opening and side pockets.

cagecloset @nessamarylynne What I was saying to you is first off I’m not in control of the mail if you check the label it was sent out the very next day. And as a seller I believe you are just as aware as you know that I’m not in control of the post office. And as far as where I purchased the item I’m able to purchase and sale items for whatever I choose I sent your pictures of the item that was being sold in if you had any questions.
