ness82 @cgn71989 all made sure all the parts were in the bag. The two little parts were stuck at the bottom of the box when we got it! 😞

cgn71989 @ness82 hello, I received the box and it was delivered to me open. Not enough tape was put on the box so one of the small pieces was missing. I sent out the new bracelet this morning. I hope it arrives soon! Hopefully kate spade will take it back:)

cgn71989 @ness82 good morning! that's crazy that they had you pay an extra dollar just for tape. Someone probably opened the box in hopes to steal what was inside but they realized it was a broken bracelet lol. Were you refunded? I got a notification that the item was returned.
