hacarter This is holly I'm so sorry I apologize. I know I mailed it out with a thank u note. I've never been apart of mail fraud .I had insurance on it and I will get to the bottom of this because I'm not out of a product that I'd paid over 40 dollars for. I will talk to the post master first thing in the am. Again I'm sorry this hurts me
