xvanessaox @makennadzak Hi, the purse came in....definitely not as described. I went back and looked at the pictures and noticed you never posted one of the bottom of the purse. It is far from "gently" or even good condition. It also smells like carpet cleaner. Basically not happy at all and wanted to reach out before I send it back

makennadzak @xvanessaox I truly apologize. I was actually selling the purse for my mother-in-law because she doesn’t have Poshmark and didn’t know how to use it. I’ve never seen the purse besides when she used it. I completely understand. Not a problem! I’m so sorry.
