fab_fashionista Hi Vanessa. I’m messaging you because I believe I may have received a package meant for you. I received a Mk blue purse and was suppose to receive a Pandora bracelet. Am I correct? Have you heard anything back from the seller by chance? I see that today is the last day we can have this issue rectified before we are responsible for all charges. 😩

fab_fashionista @nessabanas they usually respond in 48 hrs. Maybe it’s taking longer because the seller didn’t reach out personally? Maybe they are checking into it due to that. Hopefully soon!

fab_fashionista @nessabanas you’ll love it! It’s actually really cute and In good condition. Only flaws are some red lipstick stains on the inside of the bag (hopefully those were mentioned).

fab_fashionista @nessabanas cool! I also noticed posh has a notice up on our feed page stating they have switched to a new email system so contact has been slow. I’m guessing that’s why we haven’t heard back. Probably by Monday.

fab_fashionista Hi. Just wanted to update you. I received a return label today for the bag. Problem is they are only giving me two days to ship back but as my closet policy shows, I can only ship on Saturdays due to my school schedule. I’m not sure what to do...in the past they’ve just sent labels to the two buyers and have them ship to each other. This is a mess.

fab_fashionista @nessabanas okay thanks. I’m not sure. Like stated, I only ship packages on Saturday mornings. That’s the only day I’m off from classes before they close. I have to pay a bus there and back because it’s 30 mins away. I usually only go when I make a sale otherwise I’m loosing $5 to travel down.

fab_fashionista @nessabanas I don’t have a front desk in my apartment. Our packages are left at the doorstep. I’ve done pick up three times since moving here 4 months ago and each time the items weren’t scanned in for 3-4 days or not at all. Thanks fully I had honest buyers but I can’t take the chance with this because it’s a return. The money will be released to her if not scanned in 48 hrs and I’m left with nothing.
