es348 @thecloset248 Hi beautiful! All you have to do is approve the return. Lol I’ve shopped here for years and it’s fun, deals are incredible. I’ve only had to return 3 items since 2018 and returns are always simple. In this case it’s seems difficult and feel they don’t concede the point.Lol This is the first size 10 that doesn’t fit me. Lol I don’t know if this jacket is vintage? It’s the strangest thing.

thecloset248 @es348 Perhaps it is vintage? How strange. So for some reason, and I’m guessing because a case is open, it doesn’t give me the option to approve a return on my own ?? I did however comment on the open case that I would like to proceed with the return.
