hmbstudio Hi Vanessa! Thanks so much for purchasing a mug from me! I sent it out right away but for some reason the postal service still has not delivered to you. I notice they tried to deliver on the 26th and now it says ‘addressee unknown’ and ‘package research case opened’. I’ve never seen this before, but I hope that you get you package soon!

hmbstudio @vsavage21 thanks so much for letting me know! Poshmark just emailed me and said that because the post office was unable to find the address, that they are shipping the item back to me. They said that I can reship it to you with a new shipping label if that is the case. I’m still hoping your post office has it and you can pick it up today! But if not, I will gladly shop it out again once it is back here. This is so odd and definitely a first for me lol! ☺️
