Hello! I’m very sorry about the Born shoes. I honestly didn’t realize they were in such bad shape. I think it would be best if you opened a case and got a refund! I would be happy to accept the responsibility with Poshmark. I apologize for the inconvenience and I don’t want you to be stuck with such a poor transaction.
