Hi! I just saw the comment on the case. Let’s do this. Just send it back as Posh is instructing you to do so. When I get it i will fix the bag, and give it to you for half the price you paid. Around $25 with discounted shipping. I know you really liked it and I’m so bummed that something on it broke in transition. So I want you to have to have it.
