shopwithnati @vkbtaylor Hi! it depends, did they add one of your items to a bundle? If so, go to the bundle and it will give you the option to make an offer. At that point you can either discount the item if you think it would help the item sell or keep the price as is and maybe offer discounted or free shipping as a small thanks to the buyer. If the buyer accepts the offer then payment will go through automatically. Hope that helps!

julcho In sorry that you were “disappointed” with the packaging the Kate Spade pencil case was shipped in. I Posh because I believe in recycling and what is already an excess of product in the world. My shipping is minimal because I believe ribbons, tissue paper, thank you cards all take a toll on the environment which defeats the purpose of up-cycling clothing. Your negative comments and rating because you didn’t get tissue paper won’t change my stance on this.
