vanessavirag @ciaojessie Hi Jessie, I did received the item and accept it because my daughter loves it. However you say on the listing “Never worn” which is not accurate as the inside of the cap is black from sweat and make up and smells a very strong perfume. I had to wash it 3 times and it still here. So I am kind of a little disappointed that the description is not accurate ... as it is for a present.

ciaojessie @vanessavirag This is impossible! It has never been worn by me, as it was too small. I have the sale trail, literally, as evidence. There was no makeup, or perfume scent, when it left here in excellent condition.

noclosetspace0 @vanessavirag I don't think it's "purchased" yet because the offer did not go through? It would probably be under "offers" in your notifications. It's probably something super simple, like you had an old credit card on file and it expired or something like that. You can try sending the offer again, and just make sure to double check the payment method is up to date before submitting the offer 💕
