dayofpi314 Hey Vanessa. I just looked into why the lug cartwheel that I sent on November 19 hasn’t moved from the post office. I called Canada Post and created a service ticket number to inquire about it. I had 3 other items go to other people at the same time and their items are processed and delivered so not sure why this is causing issues. Hopefully you will receive it soon. Just wanted to touch base. Thanks.

dayofpi314 @venni4 here’s the Canada post ticket number so you can inquire about it too. Then at least it’s been looked into on both our ends. So frustrating. Ticket# 143650066. Again, sorry you’re having to wait so long.

dayofpi314 @venni4 I received this email last night. Here’s a bit of it: “As a follow-up to your recent inquiry, we are notifying you that a delivery scan has not yet been uploaded to the Canada Post tracking system to indicate delivery of this item. Your file is being transferred to the Canada Post Claims team for further investigation.” I’ll keep you updated what I hear next.

keptwoman1 Hi There! I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I'm contacting Canada Post today to see what the hold up is. I mailed your package on the 11th and according to the tracking I see it got to Calgary and then dumb Canada Post sent it back to Ontario again and now it has been sitting here in Ontario all week!! I apologize for the delay and will keep you posted should I hear anything new. Thanks, Susan

keptwoman1 OK so i just spoke with CP. They have informed me that your parcel is sitting on a truck in Calgary and has not been unloaded yet. They said you should be receiving it by Monday. I'm kinda doubtful as it still has to go on to Lethbridge and then be delivered to you. But fingers crossed it comes in the next few business days.
