purrlita Hello! my vans arrived quickly and are so awesome! However, they are too small :( is it possible to exchange or return?? I'm always a 9.5 in women's, but my toe is smooshed. They are still in PERFECT condition, tags attached and NIB.

I ordered in the correct size within days of my purchase today so I tracked any previous statement of mine about the seller and I would purchase from them again they just have poor communication.

magicwhales Fast shipping and order came not damaged. Problem is the shoes were a back up for my girlfriend who loves these so we didn’t notice the size till 2 months later which was not the size I ordered. Will order again but doubt check the size and don’t wait 2 months to check.
