amyteacake Hi there, it’s Amy again! I put another offer ! This time $500... only problem is that I am having heart surgery tomorrow!! I should have got in touch sooner! If you accept it I d be thrilled but if you can’t then I will find out after the surgery in a couple of days and I will understand. I am in San Francisco/Marin County so looks like we’re neighbors!
