stevewave @venittaf hi I saw the review, I wiped it down with lysol wipes but I didn't see anything in the crevices but i apologize for that. I am not sure what shipping charges you are referring to. I didn't write anything about postage on it. did usps add extra fees or something? It was a larger box, but I've never had them do that before.

venittaf Once the red liner was lifted there was “funk” throughout the base - soaked in bleach and scrubbed it off. I can send you a pic of the box top with the writing if you like but i paid it so not sure there is any solution. Love the chair tho!!!

stevewave @venittaf oh sorry I didn't think to remove the chair cover. yes, if you don't mind I would like to see the shipping charge if possible so that I can avoid that happening in the future. I'm not sure what the post office is doing
