lillyluvr222 Hi Vera, I wanted to mention that I packed your shoes (that don't have a box) in a different brand's shoe box that I had stored them in & I wanted the extra protection during shipping since they are such beautiful shoes. I didn't want you to have even a second of panic or worry when you see the wrong brand of box! Also, your name didn't print on my shipping label but your street address printed 2x ...I thought you might want to know in case it wasn't intentional. TY & Have a nice night! :)

crl0506 Thank you so much for your order. I mailed the Ferragamo flats last weekend (3/21/2021). Per this post, status still showing as “pending scan from the post office”. USPS tells me that they are experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impact of Covid. Thank you for your patience. Hopefully they will arrive soon.
