I’m sorry you feel that way about the shoes. The insole is the original but it is in worn condition as stated and the leather began to peel by the toe from wear. If you are unhappy refuse them and send back. You can see the foot bed in one of the pictures when I am holding it up to see the peep toe.

Hi I measured the Dexter shoes for you. @sonshinee They are suppose to run true to size. I measured the bottom of the soles and it is 10 1/4 inches the width under the buckle is 3 inches so I hope that helps.
