glam67posh @vanisse update, I have been back and forth with customer service via email,most contacts with Melody. It appears that order was separate instead of bundled. I have asked that they do not charge you for tanks and give you the turtleneck at $30.60 + $4.99 shipping. She informed me that you should contact them if further issue. I truly apologize, this has been a real learning experience for me. Thanks again

glam67posh @vanisse I am embarrassed at the customer service that you are receiving from us. I have sent all of our messages to c/s and awaiting a response. Again, they have not released payment to me and state that they give you 3 days to contact them after receiving order to contact them with concerns. I will continue to contact them and keep you posted.

vanisse @glam67posh I’m appalled at this process. I’m suppose to submit an official claim otherwise the funds will be released to the seller. I’m have followed everything they ask but it’s not enough. I’m sorry that this has happened but if I don’t do what I’m supposedly suppose to do they are releasing the full amount to the seller. I am so confused and disappointed in Poshmark. Vanisse

I sent a comment again asking them to credit you $77.62 on the order. I hope that your input has helped get this resolved. I am so sorry that you have to go through this. This is my first hiccup with Poshmark and I hope the last.

vanisse @glam67posh I'm so sorry this has happened to you.. Hopefully you received some payment from Poshmark. I did received the refund for the tanks of $34.02. If they don't adjust the turtleneck it's fine. the difference is dollars of what the total order should have been is $5.75. I live with that since you were so gracious in sending me the items.
