sonyadublin Hi there. I just accidentally pushed the accept order button but I was trying to report a problem!!! The sweater I just got from you has clearly been accidentally washed and the wool felted (you cannot machine wash cashmere). The wool is no longer soft/supple and has shrunk. I have two of this exact sweater in the exact same size so I know!! Please help me return this. Thanks.
