vmasongsong @clothesnwoes the actual selling point was the ysl primer, which had a little residue on the spout but was still pretty intact. The rest of it was just a bonus for me, but many products were disheveled within their tubes/compacts from the way you packaged it and there were a lot of cat hairs. If ever you sell multiple products again I would just make sure they are clean and packaged tightly.
