I have no way of refunding you in my own - I have sold so many items , never had an experience like this & its $19 trust me I am not stealing from you , just read up on the policies on here so you do not have an issue again .

thrifty1900 Mrs. Hill I really don't have the time nor the patience to deal with people like you. I try to treat everyone the way I would want to be treated. As you can see I am new to this site, I told you I was not happy with your product and I would be sending it back, you said no problem now you have the product and my money and expect me not to be upset. Quite frankly, I wouldn't care if it was 19¢ it's the principal.
