v_skye @chrisp2015 the color should be on the bottom of the tube, and no worries if you used it already love, I wouldn't want you to waste the money to send that one back anyways since you should have gotten what you ordered the first time 😊 I'll send you a new one. If it's okay though I'm going to just put it in an envelope with a stamp to save the shipping cost since it's small. That sound okay?

chrisp2015 @chrisp2015 absolutely and i can do the same to cover your inventory,but i imagine it would get trashed. But yeah just cheap as you can. The microderm set was ong awesome when i used it,i used a wash cloth with soap everyday,but when i used the product,i could feel little clumps of dead skin, it was gross but a beautiful thing lolol

v_skye @chrisp2015 yeah, don't worry about the other mascara at all you can do what you want with it :) I'll mail the new one out Monday. And yeah the microderm is AMAZING! I love for that stuff! That and the primer makes your foundation go on so smooth and awesome 💓

chrisp2015 @v_skye im so sorry i think maybe 3 days ago but yes i di that you for doing that, sure you dont want the orange ,opps,i mean brown back? Get credit ir something. Havent used it yet. But ive been sick, busy. , and just sooo much to do i havent even put liner on. Ya know what i need is that stuff that doesnt let you lipstick run into the ol lady wrinkles.

I Mailed it two days ago, I'm not sure why it hasn't updated, all my other orders that mailed out at the same time are updated as shipped... I'm hoping that it is just a technical mistake. v_skye @mjaber13 hi hun, I didn't ship your bag because by the time I found it in storage on Tuesday I saw your message saying you wanted to cancel the order. I can't imagine why something would be won't with the mascara, it is brand new, I'm sorry that that happened. If you would like you can return it. I've never had an issue with my products and I'm so sorry you had a poor experience. Let me know if there is anything I can do.

As for the mascara it’s new in the box but nothings inside when I dip the stick you did send something else I didn’t order I don’t know if it was xtra that was nice my daughter told me but again iv never done a return how can I send it back for another one???? I think the lack of shipping updates is a site issue, but I talked to my mail woman today and if you don't receive it today I'll call my post office and ask them. She says even if my tracking information doesn't update their system would/should have a current status

And I don't think i ever got a list from the order and I'm on a new project for work that has me pretty preoccupied cause it's on a deadline, but if I get a list from you I'll try working on it tomorrow... I'll probably be working from home tomorrow, as long as nothing catastrophic happens with anyone on my team from work tonight lol

I mean I paid $30 for that shipping label so it would be 1-3 day shipping and today was day for (not counting the day i actually sent it or the day they brought it back for a new label or sunday)... That's pretty irritating
