jezzabelle427 Hello I will check on my end but usually if it says the receptacle is blocked it either means they couldn't get to your mailbox or they didn't get the key to your mailbox to get in if it's an apartment or the item was too big to put in your mailbox so most likely the post office by you has it there so you might want to call the post office her go into the post office located near your home to see if they have it . Did they happen to leave you a note or anything?

The post office did not allow my to purchase a box with that specific posh label and the only way for me to ship your shoes with the actual box was that way. If not I would not have been able to ship to you till the got the actual box size that went with the label. My sincerest apologies. 😔🙏🏼
