naomimi10 @veronicalee90 Oh I see! Normally, when an offer is accepted by the buyer it turns into an order automatically and/or notifies me if there’s a payment issue on the buyers end. However, I didn’t receive anything so I assumed the order did not go through successfully. We can give it a bit and wait , this could perhaps be a different case. In the meantime, you might want to check with your bank. Sorry for the inconvenience you’re encountering!
