1:kept in touch I am sure the boots are in good condition they were actually leather.:2Quick shipping3:item was clean4:5 packaging with care and 5: responsiveness was in a timely fashion.I think you should reconsider,buyers are not treated as fairly as sellers,we are held to higher standards.What else could it have been?I did not agree to your first offer? Hi Simone! Did not intend 2 disrespect u. I had 2 hit the stars 2 get out of the website.I figured the more stars the rating was the best. I'm 58 years o!d and not 2 swift on computers.I would have skipped those stars if I could have figured out how 2.the shiny boots r very pretty and fit me perfect!Have a wonderful holiday season!!!
