vshokunbi @poshingforreal Hi Jennifer, I am not sure what you are proposing. Are you offering to come to San Antonio to give me the bird decor for free? If so, no need to travel 4 hours for a $50 dollar item, I understand mistakes do happen and I truly appreciate the gesture. A full refund is fair enough. I will not be disappointed about losing out on the “hard to package” bird decor. But I would be upset if u can’t get my money refunded.

poshingforreal @vshokunbi hi. You should already be refunded. I just was trying to find a better solution since cancelling is not favorable to either party however if you come to Houston or if you currently know someone in Houston that will meet me I will give them the item or give it to you next time you happen to be in Houston.
