I’m very sorry some polish was left on the metal that I missed. It isn’t paint. And I’m not sure what broke? I tried to include extra gifts to make up for forgetting the key.

It’s really heartbreaking that you left me 1 Star. I really put so much into trying to make customers happy and doing the right thing. I’m disabled and can’t work it leave my house a lot so I use this income to help live on. A 1 Star review really brings my entire reputation down. I would’ve done whatever you needed to make things right.
