Hi! I'm Veronica. All my profits from Poshmark support my mom, who has early-onset Alzheimer's and can no longer work. Thank you for checking out my closet! englishrose926 Hi, I took care of My Grandmother and it was challenging but it gave me peace of mind that she was well taken care of as my family does not support nursing home care, its a personal preference. veronicaliz @woodytawon Hello! I have just contacted Posh Support asking them to advise. I never received any notification from Poshmark about your return. The order status is still “pending acceptance”. I have also not received the shoes back. I sent Poshmark screen shots of our conversation, including your initial request for return 5/22. I hope this matter will be resolved for you very quickly. @englishrose926 please disregard. Woody did not intend to respond to your comment. Thank you.

veronicaliz @woodytawon I received the shoes back. It seems you didn’t contact Poshmark for a return. You just put “return to sender” on box and commented to me. I am unable to issue you money. I am telling Posh to cancel the order. This may resolve the problem for you and get you your money back. If not, contact Posh Support. Handle future returns through Posh, not through the sellers. I thought you had gone through the proper procedure and this explains the confusion. Thanks.
