kyliereece13 @vmp010 sorry about that ..... I have sold many many many of these and never had anyone complain about them. Seeing that they are not a super expensive shoe. They will not be made the same as a $100 pair of sandals for example (Steve Madden brand) I have no control if you get a refund or not. It is all up to poshmark and the case. Sorry that you are not happy with the shoe

vmp010 @kyliereece13 no worries, that’s how it is buying online. The tops of the shoes are essentially made out of bendy foam and appear to be off white.
