kerri7764 @ronnierose70 - There is no charge for taxes. Think of it like a garage sale, you already paid the taxes when you bought the item. That having been said, the government could at some point say we owe taxes, however, the cost of the item would reduce the amount we would have to pay. That is something you would want to check with an accountant if it ever comes up.

kerri7764 @ronnierose70 - In regard to shipping, it is $6.49 for shipping up to 5 pounds. You would have to cover any additional charges, so factor that into you price. I had shipped out a package of 2 pairs of jeans & it was not even 4 pounds, so you probably don’t have to worry. Usually the buyer pays the shipping, Poshmark charges them, unless you make an offer to someone & you offer to pay some ($1.49) of the shipping, or all of it, but it comes directly out of your profit.

kerri7764 @ronnierose70 - Also, for your very first purchase that you make, Poshmark gives you free shipping. For your very first sale, Poshmark offers discounted shipping, I believe it’s $3.99. Poshmark pays the rest of the shipping charge. I hope this helps! Sorry I had to split this up, there’s a 500 word limit per message.
