Hi. So sorry about your package. I really thought the bubble wrap would suffice. And the box was sturdy. By chance was the box crushed by usps? I hope the one shattered was one of the damaged ones I just threw in? If the package was damaged due to usps, you could file a complaint with posh and get a refund. I really am sorry and this is the first time I’ve had an issue.

@dfeuerv I wish you had made a claim instead then. Not sure you can now. Super bummed. Maybe try? It also went over the weight that was paid for so that cost me an additional $4.50 on top of the fees so this sale benefited nobody. Again, I apologize
