precioushelena I purchased a pair of tan leather ankle boots from you in Jan 2019. I didn't try to wear them until months later. They were very stiff and hard. Then I noticed that the sole had dry rotted off from the toe to the inside of the boot. Items stored in dry n cold places become hard n are no longer flexible, then they fall apart. Please check your items more carefully before selling. I might be able to take them to a shoe shop. Maybe all is not lost.Thank you, and good luck!
