msistersm Hi Veronica. Thanks for looking at the items I have listed. The Coach can be worn cross body, but there are only 2 holes to adjust on each end of the shoulder strap. If I take a yard stick & hold the center of strap & measure to the lowest point of the bag, it is 20". You can shorten the strap an additional 1" on both ends. Does this help?
