kaijuroush Hi Veronica! I am sooo sorry about the broken rim on one of the mugs! I thought I packed them so carefully. Please allow me to reimburse you for it. What would you like to do. I am not sure how to go about doing it with Poshmark, but I can find out. Also, could you send me a picture of the rim; I want to see where I went wrong with the packing!! I am so sorry.

veronicacp0507 @kaijuroush I bought some cups this season and had them unopened because I didn't want them to be damaged before I had a cup holder that I had made for my cups collection. Today I opened all my packages and it was not only your mug, I had another package of four cups and the same thing happened to two but these pieces are so small that they cannot be glued.

veronicacp0507 @kaijuroush part 2.. I put glue on your mug and so I am going to leave it, I have one left unbroken and the other I will use to put something inside. I did not take a picture before but when I got home I took a picture of it so you can see where it went and how it looked now. I don't know where I can send you the photo.

veronicacp0507 @kaijuroush I think that these things should not happen but happen, your package like the others were well wrapped. Other people sent me mugs wrapped in a lot of newspaper and those were not damaged. Maybe that information can help you wrap fragile things in the future.

kaijuroush @veronicacp0507 Thank you; you are so kind. I really thought that bubble wrap was the best, but maybe good old newspaper really is safer! I still would very much like to send you the money for the other mug, plus shipping. You should not have to pay for the broken mug. I looked for your address, but it seems that the address disappears once the package is delivered and everything is concluded. Would you feel comfortable giving it to me again?
